McBride, W.J. Kelly, <br />B.0. Sutton, Stanley E. Goode, F.L. Purinton. <br /> <br />Absent: Trustees None. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Assembly Bill #398. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Goode~ seconded by McBride and car- <br />ried, the City Attorney~was in~tru~ted to send proper <br />resolution to the State Assemblyman and Sanator opposing <br />Senate Bill No. 398, which provides that taxes on intan- <br />gible personal property collected by the County Assessor <br />shall be given to the County. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Contractor's Bonds. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Goode, seconded by Kelly and car- <br />ried, the following contractors, bonds were referred to <br /> <br />the Chair for approval or disapproval: <br /> <br /> Miller & Schultz Lathing $800.00 <br /> " " Plastering 1000.00 <br /> J. Sanborn Plumbing 2000.00 <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Health Report. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee McBride, seconded by Sutton and car- <br />ried, the report of the Health Department for the month <br />of February, was referred to the Finance Committee. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Warrant <br /> <br />25-30 Club. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Kelly, seconded by Goode and car- <br />ried, the Clerk was instructed to draw warrant in amount <br />of $80.00 in favor of the Twenty-Thirty Club, towards <br />expenses of Clean-up Week during the week of April 13th. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Protests of <br /> <br />J. A. Goetz. <br /> <br />On motion c~ Trustee McBride, seconded by Sutton and car- <br />ried, the protest of J. A. Goetz against the Oonditi~n <br />and depth of ditch in front of his service station at <br />2555 S. Main Street, was referred to the Council as a <br />whole for investigation. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Application for <br /> <br />Free License for Sciots. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Goode, seconded by Sutton a~ car- <br />ried~ the aPplication of Wm. Dean for a free lic~ se to <br />conduct an Industrial Show sponsored by the Sciots, <br />was denied. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Advertise <br /> <br />for~ Gasoline Bids. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Kelly, seconded by McBride and car- <br />ried, the Clerk was instructed to advertise for bids on <br />gasoline for the Street Department for the coming year. <br /> <br /> <br />
