Bycamore Street, was granted until Apri~ <br />30th, 1931, which is the time when a new ordinance-become <br />effective regulating such auctions. <br /> <br />,, <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Goode, seconded by Kelly and car- <br /> <br />ried, the monthly reports for March of the various City <br />Officers were referred to the Finance Committee. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Goode, seconded by Kelly and car- <br />ried, the Clerk was instructed to draw a warrant in <br />of S. H. Finley in amount of $51.70 covering expenses <br />attending Metropolitan Water District meetings. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Kelly, seconded by McBride and car- <br />ried, the Clerk was instructed to draw warrants <br />to demands audited by the Finance Committee. <br /> <br />A resolution was introduced authorizing the City Attorne <br />to institute such action or proceeding in the Superior <br /> <br />Court of the Cotuuty of Orange to secure an~adJudication- <br /> to secure the residue <br /> and construction of the provisions/under the trust eHtat <br /> <br /> of Charles W. Bowers trust agreement to be used for <br /> erecting a suitable museum in the City Of Santa Ana.~ <br /> <br /> The resolution was ordered filed, read, considered, <br /> nated Resolution No.2298 and passed by the following vote <br /> <br /> Ayes, Trustees ~.J. Kelly, J.L. McBride, Stanley E. <br /> Goode, F.L. Purinton. <br /> <br /> Noes, Trustees None. <br /> <br /> Absent, Trustees B.0.
