RESOLUTION NO. 52-93 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING EASEMENT DEED <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, WALTER C. COLLINS, a single man, and GRACE FULLER <br />VANDEN~RG, have presented to the City Council, an easement deed <br />dated 0etober 28th, 1952 conveying an easement a~ross that cer- <br />tain real property in the City of Santa Ann, County of Orange, <br />State of California, described as: <br /> <br />PARCEL 1. The East 25.00 feet of Lots B3 and B4, as shown <br />on a Map of Dean's Addition to the City of Santa Ann filed <br />in Book l, page 21 of Record of Surveys in the office of <br />the County Recorder of said Orange County. <br /> <br />PARCEL 2. The West 25.00 feet of Lots A2 and A3, as shown on <br />a Map of Dean's Addition to the City of Santa Ann filed in <br />Book l, page 21 of Records of Surveys in the office of the <br />County Recorder of said Orange County. <br /> <br /> NOW, TB_~EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aaa ac- <br />cepts said deed for easement across the property hereinabove de- <br />scribed.
