RESOLUTION NO. 52-96 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION CONCERNING PARKING LIMITATIONS <br /> UNDER ORDINANCE NO. 1030 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> V~HA/qEAS by Resolution No. 3540 deted the 6th day of <br />January, 1947, and by Resolution No. 363~ dated the 19th day of <br />January, 1928, pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code of <br />the State of California, and pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance <br />No. 1030 of the City of Santa Ana, entitled "An Ordinance Regulating <br />the Use of Public Highways Within said City", adopted April 6, 1936, <br />the City Council did declare that the following curb along the <br />public highway in the City of Santa Aha shall be painted Yellow, <br />as provided in Subdivision "H" of Section 9 of said Ordinance <br /> <br />No. 1030, and the City Engineer was thereby directed to cause said <br />curb to be painted as above described on the following curb, to-wit: <br /> <br /> FIFTH STREET <br /> <br /> On the South side between Nain and Sycamore Streets, <br />located as follows: <br /> <br /> The East 20' of the West 68' and the East 25' of the <br /> West 155'. <br /> <br /> AND, it is the desire of the City Council to abandon <br />and eliminate that certain loading zone as above described. <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved that the foregoing loading <br />zone is hereby eliminated, and the City Engineer is hereby directed <br />to cause the paint on said curb to be removed or covered. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that pursuant to the provisions of <br />the Vehicle Code of the State of California, and pursuant to the <br />provisions of said Ordinance No. 1030, the following curb along <br />the public highway in the City of Santa Ana shall be painted Yellow <br />as provided in Subdivision "H" of Section 9 of said Ordinance <br /> <br /> <br />
