4 6 ? 8 lO 11 15 15 16 l? 18 aO ~4 aO RESOLUTION NO. 52-100 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA ACCEPTING A QUITCLAIM DEED QUITCLAIMING TO THE CITY OF SANTA ANA CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR THE USE AND BENEFIT OF THE CITIES OF SANTA ANA, ANAHEIM, FULLERTON AND ORANGE FOR SEWER PURPOSES. WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Santa Ana is desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for public purposes, to wit: An easement for sewer purposes; and WHEREAS, the Orange County Title Company, a corporation, aa Trustee, record owner of the parcels of property herein de- scribed, has offered to quitclaim all of its right, title and interest in said hereinafter described real property to the City of Santa Ana for the use and benefit of the Cities of Santa Ana, A~aheim, Fullerton and Orange, all municipal corporations$ and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Santa Ana finds it is for the benefit and best interest of the Cities of Santa Ana ~aheim, Fullerton and Orange to accept said offer and purchase the interest of said parties in said real property. NOW, THEP~EFOBE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana that the offer of the Orange County Title Cempany, a corporation, as Trustee, to quitclaim to the City of Santa Ana for the use and benefit of the Cities of Santa Ana, Anaheim, Fullerton and Orange all its right, title and interest in and to the following described property situated in the County of Orange, State of California, and more particularly described as fellows: PARCEL l: That portion of the Northeast quarter of Section 5, Township 6 South, Range lO West, S. B. B. & M., in Rancho Las Bolsas, described as follows: Beginning at the point of intersection of the North line of the tract of land conveyed by H. K. Snow to -1-
