RESOLUTION NO. 53-10 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING EASEMENT DEED <br /> <br /> ~EAS, RAYMOND GARDEA and IRENE GARDEA have presented to the <br />City Council, an easement deed dated January 28th, 1953 conveying <br />an easement across that certain real property in the City of Santa <br />Ann, County of Orange, State of California, described as: <br /> <br /> An Easement for Street Purposes over and across the <br />following: <br /> Beginning at a point on the North line of Lot 6 in <br />Block "J" of South Santa Ann, as per map thereof recorded <br />in Misc. Maps Book 5, Page 45, Records of Orange County, <br />State of California, said point being 23.76 feet Easterly <br />from the Northwesterly corner of said Lot 6; thence East <br />along the North line of said Lot 6, 16.5 feet to a point; <br />thence South 60° ll' 32" West a distance of 28.42 feet along <br />the Northwesterly Right-of-Way line of the Pacific Electric <br />Railroad; thence North 59° 59' 30" East a distance of 16.33 <br />feet to the Point of Beginning. Above bearings are based <br />on the North line of said Lot 6 running due East and West. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ann <br />accepts said deed for easement across the property hereinabove de- <br />scribed.
