In Re Sidewalks So. Main St. In Re Bids on Tractor. In Re Bids on Chlorinator. to erect a laundry building on the west side of Main Street at the end of Stanford Street and described as Lots 12, 13, 14 and 15, Block A, Tract 531, was granted on recommendation of the Planning Commission. On motion of Trustee Warner, seconded by Penn and carried~ the City Engineer was instructed to contact Mr. O. W. Humphrey, representing Thornton, Humphrey and Fields, owners of property on S. Main Street and submit tentative fi~es on the cost for the installation of a gravel sidewalk on the west side of South Main Street below Pomona Avenue for approximately 660 feet. .
