On motion of Trustee Warner, seconded by HasenJaeger and carried, tentative Map #937 being a resubdivision of all Lots in Tract #669 and tentative Map #982, being a re-subdivision of all the Lots i and 2 of Tract #645 pre- sented by the Orsnge County Planning Commission were referred to the Planning Oommission. O~ motion of Trustee Penn, seconded by HasenJaeger and carried, the recommendation of the Planning Commission was accepted and tentative Maps #9~V and 9§2 were On motion of Trustee Hasenjaeger, seconded by Penn and carried, grant deed from The First National Bank of Santa Aha covering the Bowers Memorial Museum Property was accepted and the Clerk was instructed to have deed recorded.~ On motion of Trustee HasenJaeger, seconded by Warner and carried, the Clerk and Mayor were instructed to sign agreement with the Santa Aha Valley Irrigation Company covering the removal of their concrete measuring gate and pipe line on North B~oadway between Fifteenth and Seventeenth Streets · On motion of Trustee Penn, seconded by Warner and carried the application of E. H. Miller for appointment as a special police officer at the Famous Department Store, was denied on reco~nendation of the Chief of Police. On motion of Trustee HasenJaeger, seconded by Warner and carried, the protest of merchants on M. Main Street between Fourth and Sixth against the barricade across the sidewalk on the east side of Main Street at Fourth Street was referred to the City.Attorney for immediate action. On motion of Trustee Warner, seconded by Penn and carried the application of Henry Okamoto for permission to cell Christmas trees at his residence at 1330 S. Main Street during the holidays, was granted on condition that he pays an additional license $~his produce stand license. On motion of Trustee Penn, seconded by HasenJaeger and carried, the C°munication of The Unemployed Association' of Santa Aha, Inc. petitioning the Council to maintain present Bus Service, was received and filed for future reference.
