McBride, E.G. Warner, <br />Paul B. Witmer, A.C. HasenJaeger, John Knox. <br /> <br />Absent: Trustees None. <br /> <br />Minutes of meetings of February 1st and 8th <br /> were approved as read. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Application <br /> <br />Staton Bros. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Application <br /> <br />C. H. Eckles. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Telephones <br /> <br />Courtesy Cab Co. <br /> <br />' tied, the application of <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Bond--Harry N. Nayes. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Health Report. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Poultry Yard. <br /> <br />Im Re <br /> <br />Communioation <br /> <br />Bricklayers Union. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee McBride, seconded by Warner and car- <br />ried, the application of Starch Bros. for permission to <br />cut the curb thirty feet on First Street and twenty-nine <br />and one-half feet on Spurgeon Street for d~iveways into <br />service station, was granted. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee McBride, seconded by Warner and car- <br />ried, the application of C. H. Eckles for the right to <br />combine the the City Taxi and the Star Taxi with the <br />Courtesy Cab Company at 312 N. Main Street, was granted. <br /> <br />On motion cf Trustee McBride, sec~aded by Witmer and car- <br /> <br /> C. H. Eckles relative to placing <br />telephones in the outlying districts of the city in con- <br />nection with the business of the Courtesy Cab Company, <br />was referred to Trustee HasenJaeger and the City Engineer <br />,, <br /> <br />O~ motion of Trustee McBride, seconded by Warner and car- <br /> <br />ried, the bond of Harry N. Hayes as Manager of the Water <br />Department in amo,mut of $5,000.00 was referred to the <br /> <br />Chair for approval or disapproval. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee McBride~ seconded by Warner and car- <br />ried, the report of the Health Department for the month <br />of January was referred to t~he Finance Committee. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee McBride, seconded by HasenJaeger and <br />carried, the application of F. F.' Bennett for permit to <br />conduct a commercial poultry yard at 16S9 W. Fourth <br />Street, was granted. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee McBride,seconded by Warner and car- <br />ried, the report of the Ci~y Attorney was accepted and <br />the com~nunication of the Bricklayers', Masons' and <br /> <br />Plastererst International Union No. Z2 stating their <br /> to the Unemployment Comittee <br />willingness to assign the differential of $1.50 per day/ <br /> <br />by the Bricklayers at the Bowers Memorial Museum, was <br />accepted and filed. <br /> <br /> <br />
