" " " On motion of T~stee McBride, seconded by Penn and car- ried, the bids on gasoline were referred to the City Auditor for checking.to report back in one week. # A resolution was introduced authorizing and directing the City Clerk to request from the Board of Supervisors of the County of Orange an appropriaticn of $81,000.00 from the Motor Vehicle and Gasoline Fund for the maintenance and repair of the streets of the City of Santa Aha for the fiscal year ending June 30th, 1933. The resolution was ordered filed, read, considered, designated Resolutioz No. 2~38 and passed by the following vote: Ayes, Trustees J.L. McBride, E.G. Warner, W.H. Penn, A.C. HasenJaeger, Paul B. Witmer. Noes, Trustees None. Absent, Trustees None. An Ordinance entitled: "An Ordinance amending Zoning Ordinance No. 809 to chan the Zone on Lot I Block lO, Polytechnic Villa Tract in the City of Santa Ana being Single Family Residence Zone to Neighborhood Business Zone was introduceS, read, considered and referred back to the City Attorney. At this time Mayor Witmer requested Trustee HasenJaeger to take the Chair. On motion of Trustee Witmer, seconded by Penn and carried the Clerk and Mayor were instructed to sign an agreement with the California Taxpayers' Association covering a study of the City Budget for a period of five days at $16.00 per day.
