Main Street. <br /> was gr~nt ed. <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee McBride, seconded by Hasenjaeger ar~ <br /> carried, Map Tract No. 610 being a subdivision of Block <br /> l, Heil Tract, was referred to the Planning Commission <br /> for recommendation. <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee McBride, seconded by Hasenjaeger and <br /> carried, Map Tract No. 678 being a resubdivision of Lots <br /> 9, ll, lB and 18 of the Mabury Tract and Lots 17, 18, 19, <br /> 20 and 21 of East Side Addition to Santa Aha, was referre~ <br /> to the Planning Commission for recommendation. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Hasenjaeger, seconded by Warner snd <br />carried, the bid of the Langley 0il Company was accepted <br />as the lowest responsible bidder to furnish the City with <br />gasoline for the coming year and the Clerk instructed to <br />return the checks of the unsuccessful bidders. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Penn, seconded by VJarner and carried, <br />the Mayor and Clerk were instructed to sign an agreement <br />with the California Taxpayers' Association covering a <br />study of the City Budget for a period not to exceed five <br />days at $16.00 par day and the payment of incidental <br /> <br />exp ens e S · <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Hasenjaeger, seconded by Penn and ca~ <br />tied, the Mayor and Clerk were instructed to sign an <br />agreement with Martin Syvertsen for the paintimg and <br />decorating of the Bowers Memorial Museum for the sum of <br /> <br />$45oo.oo. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee McBride, seconded by HasenJaeger and <br />carried, the recommendation of the Planning CommiSsion to <br />grant the application of A.
