1 In Re Reso. No. 2339 Det. Unpaid Assess. Seventeenth St., etal. building at the southeast corner of Bishop and Van Ness Avenue, was referred back to the Planning Commission. On motion of Trustee HasenJaeger, seconded by Penn and carried, the property knovm as Lot l, Block lC, Polytech- nic Villa Tract applying only to the north 31 feet of the west 60 feet of said lot was ordered posted for neighbor- hood business zone and the hearing date set August 1st, 1932, as per application of A. G. Diehl to erect store building to face Van Ness Avenue with a setback of 20 feet and a setback of V feet on Bishop Street. This being the time and place when and where interested persons might appear and show cause why bonds should not be issued upon the security of the unpaid assessments fc~ york done and improvement made upon Seventeenth, Main, Broadway, Durant, Ross, Greenleaf, Flower, Eucalyptus, Eighteenth, Nineteenth Street and a certain alley, in accordance with Resolution of Intention No. 2316 and the City Council being now in session, proceeded to hear all protests presented. No person appearing to protest or show any cause why bonds should not be issued a resolution was introduced determining the unpaid assessments for work and improve- ment made upon said streets, the aggregate thereof, directing bonds to be issued for the security of the unpaid assessments prescribing the denomination of said bonds and providing for the issuance of same in annual series. The resolution was ordered filed, read, considered, designated Resolution No. 2339 and passed by the follow- ing vote: Ayes, Trustees E.G. Warner, W.H. Penn, A.C. Hasenjaeger Paul B. Witmer. Trustees None. NOES, Absent, Trustees J.L. McBride. On motion of Trustee Warner, seconded by Hasenjaeger and carried, the City Counc~ i adjourned to Monday, July 25th, 1932, at 7:30 P.M., in the Council Chamber.
