Unpaid Assess. <br /> <br />Seventeenth St., etal. <br /> <br />building at the southeast corner of Bishop and Van Ness <br />Avenue, was referred back to the Planning Commission. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee HasenJaeger, seconded by Penn and <br />carried, the property knovm as Lot l, Block lC, Polytech- <br />nic Villa Tract applying only to the north 31 feet of the <br />west 60 feet of said lot was ordered posted for neighbor- <br />hood business zone and the hearing date set August 1st, <br />1932, as per application of A. G. Diehl to erect store <br />building to face Van Ness Avenue with a setback of 20 <br />feet and a setback of V feet on Bishop Street. <br /> <br />This being the time and place when and where interested <br />persons might appear and show cause why bonds should not <br />be issued upon the security of the unpaid assessments fc~ <br />york done and improvement made upon Seventeenth, Main, <br />Broadway, Durant, Ross, Greenleaf, Flower, Eucalyptus, <br />Eighteenth, Nineteenth Street and a certain alley, in <br />accordance with Resolution of Intention No. 2316 and the <br />City Council being now in session, proceeded to hear all <br />protests presented. <br /> <br /> No person appearing to protest or show any cause why <br />bonds should not be issued a resolution was introduced <br />determining the unpaid assessments for work and improve- <br />ment made upon said streets, the aggregate thereof, <br />directing bonds to be issued for the security of the <br />unpaid assessments prescribing the denomination of said <br />bonds and providing for the issuance of same in annual <br />series. <br /> <br /> The resolution was ordered filed, read, considered, <br />designated Resolution No. 2339 and passed by the follow- <br />ing vote: <br /> <br /> Ayes, Trustees E.G. Warner, W.H. Penn, A.C. Hasenjaeger <br /> Paul B. Witmer. <br /> <br /> Trustees None. <br /> <br /> NOES, <br /> <br />Absent, <br /> <br />Trustees J.L.
