Harper for permission to operate popcorn and peanut wagon <br />~Popcorn wagon on the southwest corner of Fourth and Ross Sts., <br />was denied, with reference to street, sidev~alk or <br />parking. <br />In Re On motion of Trustee ~cBri~e~ seconded by '~arn~ and <br />Application carried~ application of Earl ~,~. Waycott for permiss- <br />Earl M. Waycott ion to conduct a commercial poultry yard at 1519 <br />Cc~muercial Poultry Yard East First Street, was granted. <br />In Re On motion of Trustee McBride, seconded by Penn and <br />J.H.Armfield carried, the application of J. H. Armfield for a <br />Horse & Mule Market permit to conduct a horse and mule market at south- <br />S.W. cot. Fifth & Sullivan Sts. west corner of Fifth and Sullivan Streets, was <br />referred to the Planning Co~mmission for recommendatdon <br />as no written or oral protests had been filed. <br />On recom~en~atioo of tho Planning Commission and <br />on motion of Trustee Peona, seconded by McBride and <br />carrieS, the appli=ation of J.H.
