On motion of Trustee McBride, seconded by Warner an~ car- ried, the rep. crt of the Orange County Health Depa~emt for the monthsof July, August and September, was referred to the Finance Committee. . M~. Milton Foster, representing Foster-Barker Music Com- pany, appeared before the Cit~ Council requesting the passage of an O~dinanee to license and regulate soun~ trucks operating in the City. On motion of Trustee McBride, seconded by Penn and carried, the matter of licensing and regulating sound trucks was referred to the City Attorney to procure copies of O~dinances from other cities on their regulations. # On mot~on of Trustee HasenJaeger, seconded by Penn and carried, the application of S. Rogers fc~ permission to build an addition to a residence and convert +.nrc a duple~ at 114 S. Ross Street was referred to the Planning Commie. sion. On moticn of Trustee McBride, secondea by HaseaJaeger and carried, the recommendation of the Planning Co-,,lssion was accepted and the application of S. Rogers was granted to build an addition to residence at 114 S. Ross Street and convert into a duplex. iii
