PARCEL 2. Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot l, Block "I" of South Santa Aha, as per map thereof recorded in Miscellaneous Map Book 5, at Page ~3, Records of Orange County, State of California, and running thence Southerly along the West line of said Lot l, 151.73 feet to the Southwest corner thereof; thence Westerly in a straight line 50.00 feet to the Southeast corner of Lot $, Block "J" of said South Santa Ana; thence Northerly along the east line of said Lot 8, 151.71 feet to the Northeast corner thereof; thence Easterly in a straight line 50.00 feet to the Point of Beginning. That the 16th day of March, 1953 at the hour of 7:30 P. M. on said day in the Council Chambers in the City Hall, 3rd and Main Streets in the City of Santa Aha is hereby fixed as the time and place for hear- ing all persons interested in or objecting to the proposed vacation and abandonment of a portion of Orange Avenue as hereinabove described. That the City Council hereby declares its intention to proceed with this vacation of a portion of Orange Avenue under the provisions of the Street Vacation Act of 1941, Part 3, Division 9, of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California. That the City Clerk is hereby directed and ordered to publish this Resolution in the manner prescribed by law for the publishing of Ordinances of the City and the Street Superintendent is hereby or- dsred and directed to post conspicuously along the lines of that por- tion of Orange Avenue herein proposed to be vacated, at least l0 days before the date herein set for hearing, notices stating the passage of this Resolution of intention and the time and place of hearing herein fixed; such notices shall be posted not more than 300 feet apart and at least 3 of such notices shall be posted along said Street herein proposed to be abandoned.
