RESOL rION NO. 53-25 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING EASEMENT DEED WHEREAS, H. L. WAKEHAN and CORA R. WAKEHAN, husband and wife, have presented to the City Council, an easement deed dated December 3, 1952 conveying an easement across that certain real property in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California de- scribed as: An easement for sewer purposes over those portions of Lots 3 of the Mabury Tract, iH the City of Santa ~na, County of Orange, State of California, as shown on a map thereof re- corded in Book 165, at page 301 of Deeds, Records of Los Angeles County, California, described as follows: 2 and A strip of land 10 feet in width lying 5 feet, measured at right angles, on either side of the following described center line: Beginning at a point in the North line of the land conveyed to H. L. Wakeham and wife by deed re- corded December 31, 1937, in Book 914, at page 599, of Official Records, records of said Orange County, distant South 89o 52' 50" East along said North line 7.~7 feet from the Northwest corner of said land conveyed to H. L. Wakeham; running thence South 48° 06' 55" West parallel to and distant 5 feet Southeasterly measured at right angles from that certain course, and the Southwesterly prolongation thereof, described in said deed to H. L. Wake- ham as "North 48oll' 15" East 422.90 feet", to an inter- section with the Northerly extension of the course in the center line of that certain l0 foot easement described in the deed from H. L. Wakeham and wife to Santana Inc., a corporation, recorded September 15, 1952, in Book 2383, at page 101 of Official ~ecords, as having a bearing of "South 3o 16' 15" West", thence South 3° 16' 15" West, along said Northerly extension, to the Northerly terminus of said course of "South 3° 16' 15" West", in said deed recorded in Book 2383, at page 101, of Official Records. The side lines of said strip to be lengthened or shortened to intersect said North lines, side lines of preceding course, end side lines of following course. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa ~na ac- cepts said deed for easement across the property hereinabove de- scribed. The City Clerk is hereby instructed to cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California. its 1953.
