First Street was ordered <br />posted special uses and the hearing date set June 12th, <br />in accordance with the application of Ha~ry E. Rinehart <br />to conduct a Greenhouse or Numeery at said location. <br /> <br />On motic~ of T~ustee Penn, seconded by Warner and carried, <br />the City Council adjourned to Monday, June 12th, 1933, <br />at 7.'50 P.M., in the Council Chamber. <br /> <br />Santa Aha City Hall. <br /> <br />June 12th, 1933. 7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />City Co~ucil met in regular adjourned session. <br />Meeting called to order by the Clerk. <br /> <br />l~eeent: Trustees A.F. J. Durbin. <br /> <br />On motion of T~ustee Penn, seconded by LeGaye and carried, <br />the communication of the ~usiness Monte Association eom- <br />mending the Council, Fire Chief and Police Chief for the <br />method evolved in staggering employment of the personnel <br />in the Fire and Police Department to provide a maximum <br />protection to the co,-,unit$, was received and filed. <br /> <br />On motion cf Trustee Warner, seccmded by Penn and carried, <br />the application of Julia Sultser for permission to sell <br />beer and wine in Confection with her restaurant, 1904 W. <br />Fifth Street, was received and filed. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Warner, seconded by LeGaye and cem- <br />tied, the application of B. J. Durbin for permission to <br />erect a frame stand on the second and third lots north of <br />Edinger Street on Main Street for the purpose of display- <br />~ flowers, was referred to the Plannin6 Commission. <br /> <br /> <br />
