FORE'MEN: <br /> <br />All foremen in the Carpenter, Cement Nason, <br />Iron Worker, Laborer, Operating Engineer <br />and Truck Driver classification and not here- <br />in separately classified shall be paid not <br />less than l?-l/2 cents per hour more than <br />the hourly rate of the highest classification <br />over which they have supervision. All other <br />foremen not herein separately classified shall <br />be paid not less than 12-1/2 cents per hour <br />more than the Journeyman rate for the craft <br />involved. <br /> <br />APPRENTICES: Nay be employed in conformity with Section <br /> 1777.5 of the Labor Code. <br /> <br />The general prevailing rates for overtime work in <br /> <br />said locality for each craft or type of workman needed to <br /> <br />execute said contract is determined to be as follows: <br /> <br />CARPENTERS - Double time for all overtime. <br /> <br />CENENT NASONS - Time and one-half for the first <br /> three hours after the regularly constituted <br /> straight time shift, and all other overtime <br /> shall be double time. <br /> <br />WATCHMEN - Time and one-half for all time worked in <br /> excess of eight (8) hours per day and for <br /> the sixth consecutive day worked; and double <br /> time for the seventh consecutive day worked. <br /> Watchmen shall also receive time and one-half <br /> for holidays except where a holiday falls on <br /> the 7th consecutive day worked, which shall <br /> be double time. <br /> <br />OPERATING ENGINEERS, LABORERS, TRUCK DRIV~S - <br /> Time and one-half except Sundays and <br /> Holidays which are double time° <br /> <br />ALL OTHER CRAFTS AND TYPES OF WORK~EN - Not less <br /> than one and one-half (l-l/2) times the said <br /> prevailing hourly rate of wage. <br /> <br />Except as otherwise provided herein, said rates are determined <br /> <br />to be the general prevailing rate for working time on Sundays <br /> <br />and the following seven legal holidays, to wit: New Year~s <br /> <br />Day, Decoration Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Armistice <br /> <br />Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. If any of the above <br /> <br />named holidays occur on Sunday, the Nonday next succeeding <br /> <br />shall be considered a legal holiday. <br /> <br /> <br />
