RESOLUTION NO. ~-82 ACCEPTING GRANT DEED <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, RAINSPRA¥ INC., a California Corporation, has presented <br />to the City Council, a grant deed dated May 15, 1953 granting certain <br />real prmperty in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of <br />California described as: <br /> <br />Those portions of Lots 2 and 3 of the Mabury Tract in the City of <br />Santa Aha, as shown on a map marked referee's "Exhibit B" recorded <br />in book 165, page 301 of Deeds of ~os Angeles County, California, <br />and that portion of the Southeast quarter of the Southwest quarter <br />of Section 2, Township 5 South, Range l0 West, in the Rancho Las <br />Bolsas, partly in the City of Santa ~na, all in the County of <br />Orange, State of California, as the Southwest quarter of Section 2 <br />is shown on Record of Survey map filed in book 15, page 40 of Record <br />of Surveys of said Orange County, described as follows: <br /> Beginning at the Southerly terminus of the established boundary <br /> line defined in an agreement recorded May 2, 1933 in book 615, <br /> page 36 of Official Records of said Orange County, being also <br /> the Southeast corner of the land described in deed to H.
