RESOLUTION No. 53-8?AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A q0-~ CLAIM DEED ¥~EREAS, MAUDE K. G00DE, owner of certain real property on South Main Street in Santa Ann, California signed a deed of right of way for the widening of South Main Street in said City under the misapprehension that in so doing she did have remaining to her not less than l0 feet between the Westerly boundary of her real property and a cement island containing gasoline service station pumps, which misapprehension was occasioned by an error made in measuring or de- scribing the property so granted; and WHEREAS, it was the mutual intention of the parties to said deed that said space of l0 feet should exist and it is for the best in- terests of ~oth parties that the City reconvey a portion of said property to correct said situation; NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Santa Aha here- by finds and declares that the real property herein described was conveyed to the City in error and the City should reconvey the same to MAUDE K. G00DE for the reasons herein set out; BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council hereby authorizes and directs the Mayor and the Clerk of the Council to execute and de- liver a quit claim deed to MAUDE K. G00DE conveying that certain property in the City of Santa Ann, County of Orange, State of Cali- fornia described as: The Easterly 1.150 feet of the Westerly 7 feet of Lot 1 of Block A, Tract No. 252, as shown on a Map thereof re- corded in Book 13, page 33, Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California. PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ann at its regular meeting held on the let day of June , 1953.
