Avenue with the center line of Orange Avenue as shown on a map of said South Santa Ana recorded in Book 5, Page 43, Niscellaneous Naps Records of Orange County, excepting there- from any portions of Delhi Road and Central Avenue previously granted. Also that portion of Block "B" of the said South Santa Aha Tract described as follows: Beginning at a point on the center line of Delhi Road 81.84 feet more or less westerly from the intersection of the center line of Orange Avenue with the center line of Delhi Road as shown on the aforementioned Tract No. 638; thence Southerly 30 feet to the Northwest Corner of said Block "B" South Santa Aha; thence Easterly o~ a line parallel to and distant 30 feet from the center line of Delhi Road to a point in the Westerly right-of- way line of the Pacific Electric Railroad; thence Northerly 30 feet to the center line of Delhi Road; thence Westerly along the center line of Delhi Road to the point of beginning, excepting that portion previously dedicated for public use. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the City Attorney be and he is hereby ordered and directed to bring an action in the name of the City of Santa Aha in the Superior Court of the State of California in and for the County of Orange, for condemnation of said property necessary to be taken as herein ordered and heretofore things necessary to prosecute said action to BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the public described and do all final determination. interest, necessity and convenience require and it is hereby Ordered, that the City of Santa Ana, a N~nicipal Corporation, plaintiff in the condemnation action or- dered herein, take immediate possession and ~se of the property herein ordered to be acquired, upon complying with the requirements of the law applicable thereto and that the City Attorney report to the City Coun- cil, the amount of money required therefor as soon as the same h~s been ascertained. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the said action for condemnation of said property so to be acquired shall be taken in accordance with Section l~, Article I of the Constitution of the State of California.
