RESOLUTION N0. 53-111 ACCEPTING EASEMENT DEED ~EREAS, NELLE MARIE REMSBERG, HELEN L. ADM~¢S and KATHERINE E. REMSBERG have presented to the City Council, an easement deed dated July 23rd, 1~3~ ¢¢nveylng an easement across that certain real property in the City of Santa Ans, County of Orange, State of California, described as: An easement for street purposes over: The Southerly ten feet of the Easterly 140.5 feet of Lot fourteen, Block B, Wiley Addition to the Town of Santa Aha, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 17, page 36, Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County, California and as shown on a Map of Wiley's Addition recorded in Book l, page 86 of Misc, ellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana ac- cepts said deed for easement across the property hereinabove de- scribed. The Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California. at 1953.
