RESOLUTION NO. 53-112 ACCEPTING EASE~ENT DEED

<br /> WHEREAS, JOHN SEBASTIAN and ELLA SEBASTIAN, husband and wife,
<br /> have presented to the City Council, an easement deed dated July 28,
<br /> 1953 conveying an easement across that certain real property in the
<br /> City of Santa ~na, County of Orange, State of California, describ, ed as:
<br />
<br /> An easement for street purposes over:
<br />
<br /> That portion of Lot I of the Sepulveda Tract, as per map
<br /> thereof recorded in Book 31 at page 197 of Deeds, records of
<br /> Los Angeles County, California, described as follows:
<br /> Beginning at the intersection of the center line of ~yrtle
<br /> Street with the center line of Bristol Street, said inter-
<br /> section being a point on the east line of Section 14 southerly
<br /> 1323.25 feet from the common corner of Sections ll, 12, 13 and
<br /> 14, Township 5 South, Range l0 West, San Bernardino Base and
<br /> Meridian, and is also the southeast corner of Lot l, of the
<br /> Sepulveda Tract, in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange,
<br /> State of California, as per map thereof recorded in Book 31,
<br /> at Page 197 of Deeds, records of Los Angeles County, California;
<br /> running thence Westerly along the South line of Lot i of said
<br /> Sepulveda Tract to a point 40 feet from, and measured at right
<br /> angles with the center line of said Bristol Street; thence
<br /> Northerly along a line parallel with the east line of Section
<br /> 14, 146.49 feet more or less to the South line of the property
<br /> granted to George D. Gregg and Kethryn M. Gregg, April 20th,
<br /> 1949 and recorded in Book 1843 at Pages 72 and 73, of Official
<br /> Records of Orange County, State of California; thence Easterly
<br /> along said South line and its easterly extension of the proper-
<br /> ty granted to George D. Gregg and Kathryn ~. Gregg, to the East
<br /> line of Section lA; thence Southerly along the East line of
<br /> Section 14 to the point of beginning.
<br /> EXCEPTING THEREFROM rights of way for Bristol and Myrtle
<br /> Streets previously granted.
<br />
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana ac-
<br /> cepts said deed for easement across the property hereinabove described.
<br /> The Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said deed to
<br /> be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
<br />
<br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana,
<br />at its regular meeting held on the 3rd day of August ,
