RESOLUTION NO. 53-119 ACCE~TING GRANT DEED ~UKEREAS, WILLIAM T. REETZ and LOUISE M. REETZ, husband and wife, have presented to the City Council, a grant deed dated July 10, 1953 granting certain real property for street purposes in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of California described as: That portion of Blocks "B" and "C" in "South Santa Aha" in the City of Santa Aha, as per map recorded in Book 5, page 43 of Miscellaneous Maps of said County, described as a strip of land 60 feet in width being 30 feet on each side of the following described center line:' Beginning at a point on the center line of Delhi Road 58.56 feet Easterly from the intersection of the center line of Delhi Road with the center line of Orange Avenue as shown on a Mep of Tract No. 638, recorded iR Book 19, page 17 of Miscellaneous Maps of said County; running thence in a straight line to a point in the center line of Central Ave- nue which is 5 feet Easterly from the intersection of the center line of Central Avenue with the center line of Orange Avenue as shown on a map of said South Santa Aha, re- corded in Book 5, page 43 of ~iscellaneous Maps of said County, excepting therefrom any portions of Delhi Road and Central Avenue previously granted. Also that portion of Block "B" of the said Oouth Santa Ana Tract describ~ed as follows: Beginning at a point on the center line of Delhi Road $1.84 feet, more or less, Westerly from the intersection of the center line of Orange Avenue with the center line of Delhi noad as shown on the aforemen- tioned Tract No. 638; thence Ooutherly 30 feet to the North- west corner of said Block "B", South Santa ~na; thence East- erly on a line parallel to and distant 30 feet from the center line of Delhi Road to a point in the Westerly right-of-way line of the Pacific ~lectric Railroad; thence Northerly 30 feet to the center line of Delhi Road; thence Westerly along the center line of Delhi Road to the point of beginning, excepting that portion previously dedicated for public use. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha ac- cepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said deed to be recorded with the County kecorder of Orange County, California.
