In Re Hearing Continued Appl. S.A.Com. Players. On motion of Trustee Warner, seconded by Penn and carried the hearing was continued until January 8th on the appli- cation of the Santa Ana Co~munity Players Association to erect a meeting hall at Twentieth and Main Streets. In Re Quit Claim Deeds J.O. Sewer Rt.of Way. On motion of Trustee HasenJaeger, seconded by Warner and carried, the quit claim deeds from the Bank of America National Trust. and ~avings Association and from Develol~e~t Company of Los Angeles on property along the Joint Outfall Sewer for right-of-way, were accepted and th~ Clerk inetXWActed to have deeds recorded. In Re Certified Resolution Canvass Election Returns Bonded Indebtedness--City Hall. The following certified copy of Resolution of the Board of Supervisors of Orange County, California, was filed with the City Clerk of Santa Aha, California: "On motion of ~upervisor Jerome, duly seconded and car- ried, the following Resolution was adopted: WHEREAS, an election was called and held on the 19th day of December, 1933, wherein the City of Santa Aha sub- mitted to the qualified Hectors of said City the questio~ of issuing bonds of said~in the sum of $?0,000.00 for the erection and construction of a City Hall in said City, ani ~HEREAS, said City did by Resolution of its City Council call said election in conjunction with a special election held tha-oughout the County of ~Orange, on said 19th day of December, 1933, and in said Resolution calling said elec- tien said City Council requested the Board of Supervisors of Orange County to canvass the returns of said election in said City and declass the result thereof.
