J. Terrill, representative of the Eagle 0il Company <br />to lease a seven acre tract owned by the City near First <br />and Sullivan Streets for the purpose of drilling for oil. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee HasenJaeger, sec c~ded by Warner and <br />carried, the City Engineer was ihatructed to prepare <br />plane and specifications for the widening of South Main <br />Street on the west side from Fairview Avenue to Delhi <br />Road, cost of widening to be paid from funds from the <br />State gasoline ~a~. <br /> <br />,, <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee HasenJaeger, seconded by Warner and <br />carried, the application of Pedro Gonzales for permission <br />to operate a push-cart to sell ice cream, etc., in the <br />Mexican district in the northeast section of the City, <br />was granted. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee HasenJaeger, seconded by LeGaye and <br />carried, Anton Cavalli, Secretary-Manager of the Santa <br />Aha Merchants Assn., was appointed publicity director for <br />the City of Santa Aha, without pay. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee HasenJaeger, seconded by Penn and <br /> <br />carried, the City Council adjourned to Monday, March <br />1934, at ?:30 P.M., in the Council Chamber. <br /> <br /> <br />
