RESOLUTION NO. 53-Ih4 0RDERINGTHE VACATION AND ABANDONMENT OF A PORTION OF VANCE STREET WHEREAS, heretofore, the City Council of the City of Santa Ann on September 21, 1953, regularly passed and adopted Resolution No. 53-133 declaring its intention to vacate and abandon a portion of Vance Street, which said Resolution was regularly published in the manner prescriged by law for the publication of Ordinances of the City; and WHEREAS, notice-of said intention was duly posted as required by Section 8322 of the Streets and Highways Code; and WHEREAS, public hearing was regularly held on the 13th day of October, 1953 at the hour of 7:30 P. M. in the Council Office, the City Council having adjourned thereto from the Council Chambers, both in the City Hall of Santa Ann, California, upon due notice in said Resolution and said posted notices contained; NOW, THEREFORE, AFTER DUE HEARING, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of the City of Santa ~na hereby finds, from all the evi- dence submitted, that the portion of Vance Street hereinbelow and in said Resolution No. 53-133 described, is unnecessary for present or prospective public street purposes and hereby makes its Order vacating and abandoning said portion of Vance ~treet in the City of Santa Ann, California described as: That portion of Vance Street as it exists East of Santiago Avenue as it is shown on a map of the Town of Santa Ann East, recorded in Book l0 at page &3 of Miscellaneous Records in the Office of the Recorder of Los Angeles County, California. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the Clerk of the Council shall cause a certified copy of this Resolution to be recorded in the Of- lice of the County Recorder of Orange County, California. PASSED ~WD ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ann at its adjourned regular meeting held on the 13th day of October, 1953. (SmAL)
