RESOLUTION NO. 53'146 ACCEPTING EASEMEk~ DEED WHEREAS, CHARLES ARTHUR BENNETT, an unmarried man, has presented to the City Council, an easement deed dated .July 30, 1953 conveying an easement across that certain real property in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of California, described as: PARCEL 1. Beginning at a point in the North line of Section 18, Township 5 South, Range 9 West, San Bernardino Base and Meridian, in the County of Orange, State of California, Westerly 516.72 feet from the Northeast corner thereof; thence Southerly along a line making an angle with said North line of 90°, a distance of 30 feet to the beginning of a curve; thence Southeasterly along the arc of a curve concave North- easterly, having a radius of 640 feet through a central angle of 16° ~5' 15", an arc distance of 187.14 feet to a point; thence Northerly along a line parallel to the East line of said Sectio~ 18, which makes an angle with the North line of said Section 18 of 89 20' 30" measured in the Southwest Quadrant a distance of 184.50 feet to a point; thence Northerly along a line parallel to the first described course a dis- tance of 30 feet to the North line of said Section 18; thence Westerly along said Northerly line 29.29 feet to the point of beginning; E~CEPTING THEREFROM any portion previously granted for street purposes. PARCEL 2. Beginning at a point in the North line of Section 18, Township 5 South, Range 9 West, San Bernardino Base and Meridian, i~ the County of Orange, State of California, Westerly 436.72 feet from the Northeast corner thereof; thence Southerly along a line making an angle with said North lineof90°, a distance of 30 feet to the beginning of a curve; thence Southeasterly along the arc of a curve concave North- easterly having a radius of 560 feet through a central angle of 32° 30' 00" an arc distance of 317.65 feet to the beginning of a tangent; thence Southeasterly along said tangent line a distance of 185.87 feet to a point; thence Southerly along a line parallel to the East line of said Section 18, which makes an angle with the North line of said Section 18 of 89° 20' 30", measured in the Southwest quadrant, a distance of 146.26 feet to a point; thence Northwesterly along a line parallel to the third described course a distance of 308.32 feet to the beginning of a curve; thence Northwesterly along the arc of a curve concave Northeasterly hav- ing a radius of 640 feet through a central angle of 15° 44' 45" an arc distance of 175.88 feet to a point; thence Northerly along a line par- allel to the East line of said Section 18, a distance of 184.50 feet to a point; thence Northerly along a line parallel to the first described course a distance of 30 feet to said North line of said Section 18; thence Easterly along said North line 50.71 feet to the point of begin- ning; EXCEPTING THEREFROM any portion previously granted for street purposes. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana ac- cepts said deed for easement across t~e property hereinabove described. The Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California. at October , 1953.
