RESOLUTION NO. 53'147 ACCEPTING EASEMENT DEED <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, MITCHELMASTiCH and KATIE A. NASTICH, husband and <br />wife, have presented to the City Council, an easement deed dated <br />October 9th, 1953 conveyiD~ an easement across that certain real <br />property in the City of Santa ~na, County of Orange, State of Cali- <br />fornia, described as: <br /> <br />An easement for street purposes over that portion of the <br />Jacob Ross Allotment in the Rancho Santiago de Santa ~na, <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />A strip of land 20.00 feet wide, the Westerly line of said <br />strip being the Easterly boundary of Tract No. 1915 as shown <br />on a map thereof recorded in Book 53, page 41, Miscellaneous <br />Maps, Records of Orange County, California; the Southerly <br />line of said strip being the Northerly line of Eighth Street <br />50.00 feet wide; the Northerly line of said strip being the <br />Southerly line of Tract No. 1685 as shown om a ~ap thereof <br />recorded in Book 49, pages 44 and 45, Miscellaneous Maps, <br />Records of Orange County, California. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha ac- <br />cepts said deed for easement across the property hereinabove described. <br />The ~lerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said deed to <br />be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California. <br /> <br />at its <br />~, 1953. <br /> <br />ATTEST~ <br /> CLERK OF THE COUN~IL <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ann <br />adjourned regular meeting held on the l~l~A day of <br /> <br /> / <br /> ( <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA ) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) SS <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> I, ERMA KEELER, do hereby certify that i am the Clerk of the <br />Council of the City of Santa Ann; that the foregoing Resolution was <br />regularly introduced and read to the said Council at its adjourned <br />regular meeting held on the l~h. day of October , 1953 and was <br />at said meeting regularly passed and adopted by said Council by the <br />following vote, to-wit: <br /> <br /> AYES, COUNCILMEN: William Jerome, J.L.McBride, <br /> Thomas F.
