MILLER has presented to the City Council, an <br />easement deed dated October 19, 1953 conveying an easement across <br />that certain real property in the City of Santa ~na, County of 0range, <br />State of California, described as: <br /> <br />An easement for the construction and maintenance of a sewer <br />main, public utilities, and surface drainage, over a strip <br />of land 50.00 feet in width, the center line of which is <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />Beginning at the intersection of the center line of Baker <br />Street with the North line of Tract 1&34, as per map thereof <br />recorded in Book 50, Pages &9 and 50, Miscellaneous ~Iaps, <br />Records of ~range County, California; runnin~ thence North <br />0° &2' 25" East l&0.83 feet; thence South 89 59' 22" East <br />279.80 feet, more or less, to a point in the East line of <br />that certain parcel of land conveyed to Anna D. Miller by deed <br />recorded July 21, 1919, in Book 286, Page 300 of Deeds, Rec- <br />ords of Orange County, California. <br /> <br />The side lines of said 50.00 foot easement to be extended or <br />foreshortened to intersect. <br /> <br /> NOW, TIiEEEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ann <br />accepts said deed for easement across the property nereinabove de- <br />scribed.
