RESOLUTION NO. 53-171 ACCEPTING GRANT DEED <br /> <br /> WItEREAS, FIRST NATIONAL BANK IN S~NTA ANA, a National Banking <br />Association, has presented to the City Council, a grant deed dated <br />December 15, 1953 in consideration of the payment of One Hundred <br />Twenty-five Dollars ($125.00) granting certain real property for <br />street purposes in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State <br />of California described as: <br /> <br />That portion.of Lot 5A of Ports, Borden and Sidwell Tract, <br />as shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 4, at page 624 <br />of Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County, California, <br />described as follows: <br />Beginning at the Northeast corner of Lot i of Tract No. 1324, <br />as shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 40, at page 21 <br />of Miscellaneous ~aps, records of Orange County, and running <br />thence North 88° 55' West 72.81 feet to the Northwest cor- <br />ner of said Lot l; thence North 52° 50' 40" East, along t~e <br />Northwesterly line of the land conveyed to First National <br />Bank in Santa Aha, by deed recorded January 25, 1949 in <br />Book 1792, at page 390 of Official Records in the office of <br />the County Recorder of said Orange County, 92.64 feet to the <br />most Northerly corner of said land; thence South 1° 02' West <br />57.27 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha <br />accepts said deed and the Clerk of t~e Council is hereby instructed <br />tb cause said deed to be recorded withthe County Recorder of Orange <br />County, California. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br /> <br />Ana at its <br />December , 19 ~3 · <br />ATTES~(~,_~ <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />regular meeting held on the 21st day of <br /> <br /> (SEAL) <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORaNIA ) <br />C OUI~I~f OF ORANGE ) SS <br />CITY OF S~NTA ANA ) <br /> <br /> I, ERMA KEELER, do hereby certify that I am the Clerk of the <br />Council of the City of Santa Ana; that the foregoing Resolution was <br />regularly introduced and reed to the said Council at its <br />regular meeting held on the 21st day of December , 1953 and was <br />at said meeting regularly passed and adopted by said Co~cil by the <br />following vote, to-wit: <br /> <br /> AYES, COUNCII~IEN: William Jerome, J.
