RESOLUTION NO. 54-3 <br /> <br />CONCERNING PARKING LIMITATIONS AND CURB ~V~ARKINGS IN ACCORDANCE THERE- <br />WITH: <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED: That pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle <br />Code of the State of California and Section 3201 of the Santa Aha <br />MunicipaI Code, the City Council hereby establishes parking regul- <br />ations and limitations as set forth in Section 3215 of the Santa Ana <br />Municipal Code and declares that the time limitations shall be for <br />a period of twenty-four (24) minutes and no longer as follows: <br /> <br />FRENCH STREET <br /> <br /> On the east side between Third and Fourth Streets, located <br />as follows: <br /> <br />The South 20 feet thereof <br /> <br />and said curb along said Street shall be painted GREEN and shall bear <br />a legend in white letters thereon indicating that the maximum time <br />limit for parking shall be twenty-four (24) minutes and the City <br />Engineer is hereby directed to cause said curb to be painted as next <br />hereinabove described. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Santa Ana <br />at its regular meeting held on the 4tn day of January ,1954. <br /> <br />- M~o~ <br /> <br />ATTEST:~. <br /> Clerk of the Council <br /> <br />(SE L) <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) SS <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br /> I, Erma Keeler, Clerk of the Council of the City of Santa Ana, <br />do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly <br />passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Sm ta Ana at its <br />regular meeting held on the 4tn day of January , 1954, by <br />the following vote, to-wit: <br /> <br />AYES, COUNCILNNEN William Jerome, J.
