RESOLUTION NO. 54-6 GRANTING A VARIANCE ON APPLICATION <br />NUMBER 461 OF ~ M. ROBERTSON ~L~E PLANNING COM~ISSION <br />RECOE~ENDED A LIMITED GRANTING UNDER CONDITIONS NOT HERE <br />POSED <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, after holding public hearing <br /> <br />as required by Ordinance, recommended by Resolution No. 591 that a <br /> <br />Variance be granted to MARGARET M. ROBERTSON to allow the use of cer- <br /> <br />rain land herein described for offstreet parking by the ~BER BAKING <br /> <br />C0~ANY on the condition that entrance be from I,~ain Street; and <br /> <br />~KEREAS, after hearing before the City Council and a considera- <br /> <br />tion of the whole matter, the Council finds that the Variance should <br /> <br />be granted; <br /> <br />NOYJ, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That e Variance is hereby <br /> <br />granted to permit the real property hereinbelow described to be used <br /> <br />for offstreet parking and for plant expansion of the WEBER BAK~ING <br /> <br />CO~PANY without the requirement that the entrance be fro~ ~in Street. <br /> <br />The property to which this Variance applies is situated in the <br />County of Orange, City of S~nta ~na, State of C~liforniz <br />and described as: <br /> <br />The Westerly ~50 feet of the Easterly 633 feet of the <br />following described property: <br /> <br />Parcel l: Beginning at the Northeast corner of Section l, in <br />~ 5 South, Range l0 ?est, San Bernardino Base and Mer- <br />idian; thence ~esterly along the North line of said Section, <br />1325 feet, more or less, to the Easterly line of the right of <br />way of the Southern Pacific Railroad Company; thence Southeast- <br />erly along said Easterly line to the Northwest corner of the <br />land of M. Durnbaugh, as described in an agreement establishing <br />the boundary line of said Durnb~ugh's l~nd, redorded 0ctob,r 10~ <br />1907, in Book 156, at page 385 of Deeds, in the office of the <br />County Recorder of said Orange Oounty; thence Easterly along the <br />Northerly line of the land of said Durnbaugh, as e.stablished by <br />said agreement, and along the Northerly line of the land conveyed <br />to M. M. Cole by deed recorded January 20, 1911, in Book 183, <br />at page 276 of Deeds, in the office~of the 0ounty Recorder <br />of said Orange County, to the Northeast corner of said land <br />conveyed to M. M. Cole, said point being in the center of Main <br />Btreet; thence Northerly along the center of Main Street, 136.1 <br />feet, more or less, to the point of beginning. <br /> <br />EXCEPTLNG THEREFRON that portion lying Southwesterly of the <br />Northeasterly line of the land conveyed to the State of Cali- <br />fornia by deed recorded June 9, 1939 in Book 995, at page <br />of Official Records. <br /> <br /> <br />
