RESOLUTION NO. 54-8 DECLARING INTENTION TO ESTABLISH SETBACK LINES ON ~EST FIRST STREET FROM NAmN STREET TO THE WESTERLY CITY LIMITS WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Santa Aha has recommended that a setback line be established on each side of West First Street from Main Street to the Westerly City Limits as herein set out and the City Council, approves the same; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: after study and consideration, That the City Council of the City of Santa Aha hereby declares its intention to establish a set- back line as provided for in Sections 9155 through 9158, both in- clusive, of the Santa Aha Municipal Code as follows: A setback line on each aide of West First Street, para- llel to the surveyed center line thereof and distant at right angles ~2 feet from said surveyed center line from Main Street to Daisy Street on the South and from Main Street to Townsend Street on the North; and distant at right angles 5~ feet from said surveyed center line from Daisy Street-to the West City Limits on the South and from Town- send Street to the West City Limits on the North. BE IT FURT~ RESOLVED: That ~:3~ o'clock P. M. on the day of Fe~ruary , 195~ at the Council Chambers in the City Hall, Third and Main Streets, Ssnta Ana, California is hereby established as the hour and place when all persons having any objection to the establishment of said proposed setback line may appear and present any objection which they may have thereto. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the Clerk of the Council is hereby directed to publish notice of said hearing by publishing a copy of this Resolution once in the Santa Aha Independent, a news- paper printed, published and circulated in the City of Santa Ana and hereby designated for that purpose, and the Esgineer's Office is directed to post one copy of this Resolution conspicuously up- on said Street in front of each block of said Street where said setback line is proposed to be established. Both publication and posting shall be made at least l0 days before the time of said hearing.
