RESOLUTION NO. ~h-30 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION CONCERNING PEDiESTRIAN CROSS-WALKS <br /> UNDtiR ORDINANCE NO. 1030 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code of <br />the State of California, and pursuant to the provisions of 0rdi- <br />nance No. 1030 of the City of Santa Aha, entitled "An Ordinance <br />of the City of Santa Aha Regulating the use of Public Highways <br />within said City", adopted April 6, 1956, the City Council does <br />hereby declare that in accordance with the provisions of <br />Section 11 of said Ordinance No. 1050, a pedestrian cross-walk <br />is hereby established, as follows, to-wit: <br /> <br /> Across Baker Street, South of Santa Clara, directly <br />South of the black-top entrance to the school grounds. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City <br />of Santa Ana at its regular meeting held on the 15th day of <br /> <br /> March , 1954. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br />SS <br /> <br /> I, Erma Keeler, Clerk of the Council of the City of Santa <br />Ana, do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and <br />regu2arly passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of <br />Santa Ana at its regular meeting held on the 155h day of March <br />1954~ by the following vote, to-wit: <br /> <br />AYES, COUNCILMEN William Jerome, J.
