RESOLUTION NO. 5~-31 ACCEPTING %UITCLA]~ DEED FR0~JI <br />COU~TY SANITATION DISTRICT NO. 1 COVERIi{G EAS~'~NT <br /> <br /> ?~2HEREAS, COUNTY SAEITATION DISTRICT N0. 1 OF ORANGE COUNTY, <br />CALIFORNIA has presented to the City Council, a quitclaim deed <br />dated March 10, 1954 conveying an easement across that certain real <br />property in the County of Orange, State. of California, described as: <br /> <br /> A strip of land 14 feet in width, being 7 feet wlde on <br />each side of and measured at right angles to a line which <br />is the center line of said strip of land, and which center <br />line is described as follows: <br /> Beginning at a point on the Southerly extension of <br />the center line of Center Street as shown on a map of <br />Santa ~na Acres recorded in Book 5, Page 8,' Misc. Maps <br />of Orange County, California, 15.00 feet Northerly from <br />the intersection of said Southerly extended center line <br />of Center Strset with the center line of Edinger Street, <br />said point of beginning being Engineer's Station 75~ 15.73 <br />on Exhibit A as referred to in Sale and Purchase Agree- <br />ment dated December 12, 1951, by and between the City of <br />Santa Ann and County Sanitation District No. l; 'thence <br />North 0o 19' West along the center line of Center Street, <br />and its Northerly and Southerly extension a distance of <br />5259.27 feet to Engineer's Station 127~& 78, (Enginaer's <br />Station 127~A 78 being in the [~esterly extension of ~yrtle <br />Street), <br /> <br />together with all sewerage facilities therein. <br /> <br />NOW, Ti~REFOPdE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ann ac- <br /> <br />cepts said deed for easement across the property hereinabove described. <br /> <br />The Cler~ of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said deed to be <br /> <br />recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California. <br /> <br />at <br />1954. <br /> <br /> PASSED A~ 2DOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa aha, <br />its adjourned regular meeting held on the 22nd day of ~arch , <br /> <br />(S L) <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA ) <br />COUNTY OF 0P3YNGE ) SS <br />CITY OF SANTA A~!A ) <br /> I, ER2~ ICEEI~R, do hereby certify tact I am the Clerk of the Council <br />of the City of Santa Ann; that the foregoing Resolution was regularly in- <br />troduced and read to the said Council at its adjourned regular meeting <br />held on the 22nd day of March--, 1954 and was at said meeting regularly <br />passed and adopted by said Council by the following vote, to-wit: <br /> AYES, C 0UNC 77.t~N: <br /> William Jerome~ J.
