On motion of Trustee Smith, seconded by Penn and carried, the application of the United Cooperative Exc?m. nge #I for Dermis- sion to operate a wood yard at 1520-2.1W. ~ird Street was referred back to the Planning Commission for specific lnstruc tions as to location of wood yard. On motion of Trustee Smith, seconded by Penn and carried, the communication of the City Attorney relative to petition pre- sented by the [[usica! Arts Club of Santa Aha to revoke ordi- nance imposing a license tax upon teachers of music and related cultural subjects, was received and filed. On motion of Trustee Bruns, seconded by Smith and carried, the City Clerk's office was instructed to collect city licen- ses from persons engaged in the practice of teaching music either voice or instrumental.
