In Re On motion of Trustee Smith, seconded by Bruns and carried, <br />Reso. No. ~49~ the following Resolution entitled: <br />Deposits of City "Resolution concerning deposits of City Officers and <br />Employees" <br />Officers & Employees. <br />was read, considered, designated Resolution No. 2494 and <br />passed by the following vote: <br />Ayes, Trustees Plummet W. Bruns, Joseph P. Smith, W. H. <br />Penn, Ernest H. Layton, Fred 9. Rowland. <br />Noes, Trustees None. <br />Absent, Trustees None. <br />In Re Nn written or oral protests having been received, on motion <br />Application of Trustee Layton, seconded by Bruns and carried, the appli- <br />H. J. Succop. cation of H. J. Succop for a permit to conduct a fruit <br />flavoring and extract manufacturing business at 2650 N. ~ain <br />Street, was referred to the Planning Commission. <br />On recommendation of the Planning Commission and on motion <br />of Trustee Smith, seconded by Bruns and carried, the appli- <br />cation of H. J. Succop to conduct his business at 265~ N. <br />Street, was granted under special uses. , <br />In Re On motion of Trustee Penn, seconded by Bruns and carried, <br />Quotations on the quotations covering fire and theft, public liability, <br />Fleet Insurance· property damage and full coverage collision and plate glass <br />on city's fleet of automobiles, were received as follows: <br />Pacific Indemnity Company ~1679.37 <br />General Instu-ance of America 2082.58 <br />and on recommendation of the City Auditor the quotation of <br />the Pacific Indemnity Company in amount of $1679.37 was <br />accepted. <br />In Re On motion of Trustee Layton, seconded by Penn and carried, <br />Quarterly Report the report of the City Auditor for ~he first quarter of the <br />of City Auditor. fiscal year 1936-37, was received and filed. <br />On motion of Trustee Bruns, seconded by Penn and carried, <br />the City Council adjourned. <br />APPROVED C~ ty ICle rk. <br />~ayo~ of the city of Santa Ana. <br /> <br /> <br />
