RESOLUTION NO. ~1 ACCEPTING GRANT DEED <br />CONVEYING EASEI~ENT FOR ST~.T PUNPOSE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, ARCHDIOCESE OF LOSANGELES EDUCATION AND WELFARE CORPORATION, <br />a corpo~ation~ has presented to the City Council a grant deed dated <br />March 2b, 1954, without consideration from the City, conveying an <br />easement for street purposes in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, <br />State of California, described as: <br /> <br />The Easterly 30 feet of the West half of the Southwest quarter <br />of the Northwest quarter of Section 24, Township 5 South, Range <br />l0 West, S.B.B.& M., in the land alloted ~o F. W.
