RESOLUTION NO. 54-60 DENYING VARIANCE A~ THE PLANNING <br />COMMISSION HAD RECO~9~ENDED THAT SAME BE GRANTED. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, by Resolution No. 634, recommended <br />to the City Council that a variance be granted to allow the construction of <br />a church on 4.8 acres of land West of Santiago Avenue and 273 feet South of <br />Santa Clara Avenue; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, after due hearing the City Council does not find grounds <br />sufficient to Justify the granting of said variance. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Variance Application <br /> <br />No. 488, hereinabove referred to, be denied for the reason that the require- <br />ments contained in Section 9114.2 of the Santa Aha Municipal Code have not <br />been met in that no sufficient special circumstances attached to the property <br />involved, and the property does not appear to be dsprived of privileges <br />possessed by other properties in the same district and vicinity. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha at <br /> <br />its regular meeting held on the 17th day of May , <br /> <br />1954. <br /> <br />CLERK OF T~ COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA ) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) SS <br /> OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br /> <br /> I, ERNA KEELER, do hereby certify that I em the Clerk of the Council <br />of the City of Santa Aha; that the foregoing Resolution was regularly intro- <br /> <br />duced to said Council at its regular meeting held on the l?th <br /> <br />day of May , 1954, and was at said meeting regularly passed <br /> <br />and adopted by the following vote, to-wit: <br /> <br /> William Jerome, J.
