RESOLUTION NO. ~4-68 REFEP~ING TO THE PLANNING COM- <br />MISSION PROPOSED SETBACK LINES FOR RECOI~4ENDATION. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, setback lines as herein below set out have been pro- <br />posed and the same should be studied and reported on by the Planning <br />C¢,,m~, ~ ssion. <br /> <br /> NOW, ThtMREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the question of the set- <br />back lines hereinbelow set out are hereby referred to the Planning Commission <br />for recommendation to the City Council. The ~reas herein referred are: <br /> <br /> AREA I. A setback along the east side of McClay Street from <br /> Chestnut to M¢~a~l~le~, 54 feet from the surveyed center <br /> line of McClay Street measured at right angles. <br /> <br /> AREA II.
