EESOLUTION NO. ~4-84 DECLARING INTENTION TO ESTABLISH SETBACK <br />LINES ON SANTA CLARA AVENUE FR(~ BROADWAY TO ~iAIN STREET <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Co...ission of the City of Santa Aha has recommended <br />that a setback line be established aa herein set out and the City Council, after <br />study and consideration, approves the same; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of the City of <br />Santa Ana hereby declares its intention to establish a setback line as pro- <br />vided for in Sections 9155 through 9158, both inclusive, of the Santa Ana <br />Municipal Code as follows: <br /> <br /> Santa Clara Avenue, on the north side, from Broadway to <br /> Main Street, 59 feet north of the surveyed center line measured <br /> at right angles. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That 7:30 otclock P.M. on the 19th day of <br /> <br />July, 1954 at the Council Chambers in the City Ns11, Third and Main Streets, <br />Santa Ana, California is hereby established as the hour and place when all <br />persons having any objection to the establishment of said proposed setback <br />1~ may appear and present any objection which they may have thereto. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHE~ RESOLVED: That the Clerk of the Council is hereby directed <br />to publish notice of said hearing by publishing a copy of this Resolution once <br />in the Santa Ama Independent, a newspaper printed, p~blished and circulated <br />in the City of Santa Aha and hereby designated for that purpose, and the <br />Engineerts Office is directed to post one copy of this Resolution conspicuously <br />upon said Street in front of each block of said Street Where said setback line <br />is proposed to be established.
