RESOLUTION NO., <br /> <br /> Resolution of the City Council of the City <br /> of Santa Ana approving memorandum of agree- <br /> ment for expenditure of Gas Tax Allocation <br /> for Major City Streets. <br /> <br /> UHEREAS, the State of California, through its Department <br />of Public Works, Division of Highways, has presented a memorandum <br />of agreement in accordance with a project statement submitted by <br />the City of Santa Ana for expenditure of the gas tax allocation to <br />cities for the fiscal year 1955, and <br /> <br /> EEREAS, the City Council has heard read said agreement <br />in full and is familiar with the contents thereof, and desires to <br />approve the same; <br /> <br /> THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the <br />City of Santa Aha that said agreement for expenditure of the gas <br />tax allocation to cities be and the same is hereby approved and the <br /> <br />Mayor and Clerk of the Council are directed to <br />behalf of said City. <br /> <br /> ADOPTED this 21st day of June, 1955. <br /> <br />ATT EST: <br /> <br />Clerk of the Council <br /> <br />sign the same on <br /> <br />of/the' City of Santa Ana <br /> <br /> (SEAL) <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA ) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE )SS <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br /> I, ERMA KEELER, do hereby certify that I am the Clerk of <br />the Council of the City of Santa Ana; that the foregoing Resolution <br />was regularly introduced and read to the said Council at its regular <br />meeting held on the 21st day of June, 1954, and was at said meeting <br />regularly passed and adopted by said Council by the following vote: <br /> <br />AYES, <br /> <br />NOES, <br /> <br />COUNCILMEN William Jerome, J.
