RESOLUTION NO. 54-89 <br /> <br />CONCERNING PARKING LIMITATIO~S AND CURB ~ARKINGS IN ACCORDANCE <br />THEREWITH: <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED: That pursuant to the provisions of the <br />Vehicle Code of the State of California and Section 3201 of the <br />Santa Ana Municipal Code, the City Council hereby establishes <br />parking regulations and limitations as set forth in Section 3215 <br />of the Santa Ana municipal Code and declares that the time <br />limitations shall be for a period of twenty-four (24) minutes <br />and no longer as follows: <br /> <br />WEST SEVENTEENTH STREET <br /> <br />On the South side of West Seventeenth Street, between <br />North Broadway and Durant Street, located as follows: <br /> <br />The East 19 feet of the westerly 59 feet thereof <br /> <br />and said curb along said street shall be painted GREEN and shall <br />bear a legend in white letters thereon indicating that the maximum <br />time limit for parking shall be twenty-four (24) minutes and the <br />Acting Director of Public Works is hereby directed to cause said <br />curb to be painted as next hereinabove described. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Santa Ana <br />at its regular meeting held on the 21st dry 8f~$un~?I9S4. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> Clerk of the Council <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br />SS <br /> <br /> I, ERMA KEELER, Clerk of the Council of the City of Santa <br />Aha, do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and <br />regularly passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of <br />Santa Ana at its regular meeting held on the 21st day of June <br />1984, by the following vote, to-wit: <br /> <br />AYES, <br /> <br />COUNCILMEN William Jerome, J.
