RESOLUTION NO. 54-~ ACCEPTING EASEMENT DEED FOR STREET PURPOSES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, THOMAS LAMBROS AND VASILIKI LAMBROS, husband and wife, have <br /> <br />presented to the City Council an easement deed dated April 21, 1954, in con- <br /> <br />sideration of $3,500.00 conveying property in the City of Santa Ana, County of <br /> <br />Orange, State of California, described as: <br /> <br /> An easement for street purposes over and across the following <br />described land: <br /> Beginning at a point in the West line of Lot 3 in Block i of the <br />original town of Santa Ana as shown on a Map recorded in Book 2, page 51 <br />of MiscellaneousRecords of Los Angeles County, California; 77.84 feet <br />Northerly from the Southwest corner of said Lot 2; thence Southerly along <br />the West line of Lots 3 and 2 in said Block l, a distance of 52.62 feet <br />to the beginning of a curve; thence Southeasterly along the arc of a curve <br />concave Northeasterly and having a radius of 20 feet; through an angle of <br />90° 38' 20", an arc distance of 31.64 feet to a tangent; thence along a <br />straight line tangent to the last described course a distance of 13.71 <br />feet to a point; thence Northwesterly along the arc of a curve concave <br />Northeasterly, and tangent to the last described course, and having a <br />radius of 20 feet through an angle of 71° 17' 46" an arc distance of <br />24.89 feet to a point of compound curvature; thence Northwesterly along <br />the arc of a curve concave Northeasterly having a radius of 334 feet <br />through an angle of lO° 27' 29" an arc distance of 60.96 feet to the <br />point of beginning. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana accepts <br /> <br />said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said deed <br /> <br />to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at <br /> <br />its adjourned regular meeting held on the 28th day of June <br /> <br />, 1954. <br /> <br />ATTEST:~.. <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA ) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) SS <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br /> I, EP~A KERT.RR, do hereby certify that I am the Clerk of the Council of <br />the City of Santa Ana; that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced to <br />said Council at its adjourned regular meeting held on the 28th day of <br /> June , 1954, and was at said meeting regularly passed and adopted by <br />the following vote, to-wit: <br /> <br />COUNCILMEN: William Jerome, <br /> Thomas F.
