RESOLUTION NO. 54-96 ACCEPTING GRANT DEED FOR PROPERTY <br /> IN CIVIC CF~TER SITE. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, STELLA M. SECREST, a single woman, has presented to the <br /> <br />City Council a grant deed dated June 17, 1954, for valuable consideration <br /> <br />in the amount of $12,500.00, conveying property in the City of Santa Ana, <br /> <br />County of Orange, State of California, described as: <br /> <br /> Beginning at a <br />the intersection of <br />as said streets are <br />recorded in Book 6, <br />Orange County, said <br />of Lot "A" as shown <br />in Van Ness Avenue; <br /> <br />point 219 feet South and lg8.75 feet West of <br />the center lines of Ross and Hickey Streets, <br />shown on Map of "Stout's Addition to Santa Ana", <br />page 28 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of said <br />point of beginning being the Southeast corner <br />on said Map; thence West 1~5.75 feet to a point <br />thence North parallel with the East line of <br /> <br />Van Ness Avenue, 44 feet; thence East 145.75 feet to a point dis- <br />tant West 1~8.75 feet from the center line of Ross Street, as shown <br />on said Map; thence South 44 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> <br /> SUBJECT TO: <br />1. Taxes for the fiscal year 1954-55, a lien. <br />2.
