RESOLUTION NO. ~r~-98 ACCEPTING EAS~2~ENT DEED <br /> FOR DRAINAGE PURPOSES <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, LISLE J. SHERWIN and CATHERinE SMILEY SHERWIN, husband and <br />wife, have presented to the City Council an easement deed dated February 26, <br />195~, without consideration, conveying property in the City of Santa Ana, <br />County of Orange, State of California, described as: <br /> <br /> An easement for drainage and sanitary sewer purposes over, under <br /> and along the North 30 feet of the East 16~.67 feet of the West 362.36 <br /> feet of the South one-half of Lot 13 of Potts, Borden and Sidwell Tract, <br /> in the County of Orange, State of California, as shown on a map thereof <br /> recorded in book 4, at page 624 of Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles <br /> County, California. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana accepts <br />said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said deed <br />to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha at <br /> <br />its adjourned regular meeting held on the 23th day of June , 195~. <br /> <br /> CLERK OF THE COUNCIL (S~L) <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA ) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) SS <br />CITY OF SANTA ~2~A ) <br /> <br /> I, EF~IA KEEL~R, do hereby certify that I am the Clerk of the Council of <br />the City of Santa Aha; that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced to <br />said Council at its adjourned regular meeting held on the 28th day of <br /> <br /> June , 1954, and was at said meeting regularly passed and adopted <br /> <br />by the following vote, to-wit: <br /> <br /> AYES, COUNCILMEN: William Jerome, Thomas F.
