RESOLUTION NO. ~-103 ACCEPTING GP~NT DEED FOR PROPERTY FOR <br /> ROAD PURPOSES <br /> <br />~HEREAS, GERTRUDE MONTGONfl~RY and LOUISE MONTGOMERY have presented to <br /> <br />the City Council a grant deed dated June 30th, 1954, for valuable consideration <br /> <br />in the amount of ,~3,750.00, conveying property in the City of Santa Ama, County <br /> <br />of Orange, State of California, described as: <br /> <br /> An easement for road purposes over and across the following: <br />Beginning at a point on the East line of Lot 12 in Block "A" of <br />~Blee's Second Addition to the Town of Santa Ama," as shown on a <br />Map thereof recorded in Book 30, page 75, Miscellaneous Records of <br />Los Angeles County, State of California, 54.03 feet Southerly from <br />the Northeast corner of said Lot 12; thence Northerly 54.03 feet <br />along said East line of said Lot 12 to 'the Northeast corner of <br />said Lot 12~ thence ~esterly 47.11 feet along the Northerly line <br />of said Lot 12; thence Southeasterly along the arc of a curve having <br />a radius of 42 feet, concave Southwesterly and tangent to the last <br />described course an arc distance of 54.22 feet to a point of compound <br />curvature; thence Southeasterly along the arc of a curve concave <br />Southwesterly, having a radius of 328 feet, an arc distance of <br />24.22 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> <br /> F~cepting therefrom a strip of land 5 feet in width along the <br />North line of said land as condemned by the City of Santa Ana for <br />the widening of First Street as excepted in the deed from Fannie <br />L.
