RESOLUTION NO. 54-104 ACCEPTING GRANT DEED FOR PROPERTY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, GEORGE VI~BECK and KATHERINA VIEBECK, husband and wife, have <br /> <br />presented a grant deed dated June 28, 1954, for valuable consideration, conveying <br /> <br />property in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of California, des- <br /> <br />cribed as: <br /> <br /> An easement for street purposes over and across the following <br />described land: Beginning at a point which bears North 89° 12' 20" <br />West 30 feet from a point on the East line of Section 2, Township <br />5 South, Range 10 West, S. B.
