RESOLUTION NO. 54-106 ACCEPTING GRANT DEED FOR PROPERTY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, GEORGE VIEBECK and KATHERINA VIEBECK, husband and wife, <br /> <br />have presented a grant deed dated June 28, 195~, for valuable consideration, <br /> <br />conveying property in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, <br /> <br />described as: <br /> <br /> An Easement for the purpose of improving, widening, straightening <br />and maintaining the Channel of Santiago Creek to facilitate the removal <br />of storm waters, in, over and across the following described parcels of <br />land: <br /> <br /> Parcel 1. Beginning at a point which bears South 17° 01' 00" West <br />28.61 feet from a point which is 255.51 feet West of a point on the <br />East line of Section 2, Township 5 South, R~nge l0 West, S. B. B. & M., <br />1179.98 feet Southerly from the Northeast corner of said Section 2; <br />running thence South 72° 59' 00" East 137.83 feet to a poin%~ thence <br />North 63° 29' 50" West 139.7& feet to a point; thence South 17°01~ 00" <br />West 23.03 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> <br /> Parcel 2. Beginning at a point which bears North 89° 12~ 20" West <br />60 feet from a point on the East line of Section 2, Township 5 South, <br />Range l0 West, S. B.
